COVID -19
Your new Lashout experience!
Welcome back, we’ve missed you!

Your health and safety are always a top priority for us at LashoutSF. With the current concerns related to the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to let you know we are committed to doing our part to keep both guests and our studio staff healthy.

We continue to monitor the news and recommendations provided by the CDC and are keeping a close eye on information published by our local and state health officials.

During Appointments:

  •  All artists will be spread out over 6 ft apart.

  • We are placing new air purifiers throughout the salon.

  • We will require all clients to bring their own mask. If you do not have one, a disposable one will be available to you for $2.

  • No guests allowed

  • All tools and work space surfaces will be sanitized with a hospital-grade disinfectant in between each client.

  • All bedding will be disposable, so please bring a cozy sweater or jacket if its cold.

  • Artists will be wearing a mask and gloves during your appointment.

  • As much as we want to catch up and talk with you, we need to reduce the number of droplets in the air. Therefore, please keep conversation to a minimum. The consultations and aftercare talks will be done before and after you lay down on the lash bed.

  • Appointment times will be increased by 15 min to allow for thorough sanitation in between clients. Please be on time, or it will cut into your lashing time. We will continue to have a strict 15 min grace period.

  • You will be asked to wash your hands in the bathroom upon arrival and have your temperature taken with a no touch thermometer.

Check-In:

  • COVID-19 liability form must be completed by clients before receiving scheduled services.

  • Clients must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at the service provider location. If you are beginning to feel ill, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. If you have been around anyone with COVID-19 symptoms or have traveled out of the country in the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

  • ANY CLIENT SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS WILL BE DENIED SERVICE AND SENT HOME.

  • We will not have any clients wait in the lobby for their appointments. We ask that you stay inside of your cars until we text you. Once the previous client has left the building and everything has been sanitized, we will begin your appointment. Please make sure you are on time to your appointment.

Check Out:

  • We will require a contactless checkout process. When booking your appointment, we will make sure that your card on file is the one you’d like to use to pay for your service. We will not accept cash or checks to pay for your service. Cash gratuities are allowed (see gratuities below).

  • We will place a piece of tape away from the reception desk for clients to stand to pre-book their next appointments. You may also text us after your appointment is over or use our website to book.

  • We will sanitize all common areas after each client steps out.

Gratuities:

  • Our gratuity area will be placed at the reception desk. For credit card tips, we will now ask for you to use the Venmo app. We will have all of our artists Venmo names posted in a frame. Please make sure you have downloaded the app and have set up your account prior to your appointment. Artists are able to see who their gratuities are from via the Venmo app on their phone. We will continue to use Venmo even after the pandemic.

  • For cash gratuities, we will have a ballot box, envelopes, and pens available. You will write which artist the gratuity will belong to on the outside of the envelope and place it inside of the ballot box. At the end of the day, we will have the staff sort the cash gratuities with gloves and sanitizer.

We look forward to seeing you in the salon soon!
